BOOKING RULES

Including access for the exclusive use of the swimming pool, the outdoor whirlpool bath, the SPA and the Wellness Center

Children under 3 years free, if benefit of the crib in the room with parents. 

They are available free cot and high chair. 

Children over three years are as adults.

If you book with one or more children, it requires a deposit of € 200.00, to be returned at the end of the stay, after checking no damage in the villa.

Are includes costs of electricity , gas , water, heating and air conditioning.

Are includes the provision of bed linen, kitchen linen, bath and swimming pool.

Are includes the provision of food and drink for breakfast Italian .

Excludes cleaning fee of €  130,00 per stay (obligatory) .

Excluded are any cleaning and / or linen changes during your stay € 50,00 (on request)

Access to the wellness center and SPA is forbidden for children under the age of 18. Entrance to children and teenagers is prohibited.

Events, parties and gatherings are prohibited.

PAYMENTS

All bookings are accepted upon the receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount due .

In case of cancellation of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

The deposit must be paid by bank transfer: data will be sent to the reservation request.

The balance must be paid on arrival : we accept cash , credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD), and ATM.

HOUSE RULES

It is forbidden to smoke inside the house: the outside is possible.
