We propose a visit to our family vinegar factory, followed by a tasting of traditional balsamic vinegar as part of a lunch or dinner.Upon request, during your stay, you can book a visit to our vinegar factory, followed by lunch or dinner prepared with products from the Modena area.

The following will be served: Appetizer based on:

Flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano with balsamic vinegar. Shortcrust cracklings and pickled onions. Ham and melon
Three first courses of typical Modena pasta chosen from:

Ricotta and spinach tortelloni with butter and sage. Parmesan risotto . Modena tortellini in parmesan sauce. Potato gnocchi with cheese and balsamic vinegar. Baked rosettes                                           A second course of meat chosen from:

         Cotechino from ModenaSliced chicken with balsamic vinegar
         A side dish with rocket, salad, parmigiano reggiano, walnuts, pears and balsamic vinegar.
             A typical dessert chosen from:   Sponge cake and custard or    Cream ice cream with             traditional balsamic vinegar
             Walnut liqueur (Nocino Modenese) and Limoncello         

             Water and wine included (Lambrusco Grasparossa / Prosecco)

THE DAIRY

On request you can book a guided tour of the dairy producers of Parmigiano Reggiano, a path that will allow you to see the work of the master cheese makers engaged in the ancient gestures of milk processing, a special way to enter the productive culture of the area and find out how It was born one of the most important products of our terra.E 'can make guided tours throughout the year, Monday through Friday, except holidays. The transformation process starts at  9.00 / 10,,00 am and takes about 1 hour.
During this time you will assist in all phases of production of Parmigiano Reggiano and the end of the visit, in dairies with store, you can buy the cheese.
The tours is 15 euro per person, i and can be conducted both in Italian and in English.

In Rome, we recommend to book tickets for the bus sights, to have faster movements and then visit more places. In one day you can see the Colosseum, St. Peter's in the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Roman Forum.

Return from Florence at 20.30 and arrival at the villa with shuttle to 22.00. The cost, which includes tickets to the shuttle and high-speed train, is € 60 per person. The tour takes place on Wednesday, at the request of another day. It must be booked at least a month before (during the months of July and August, at least two months before). The first thing to go is definitely the heart of Florence that includes the Cathedral, the Baptistery, Giotto's bell tower and Brunelleschi's Dome, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza della Signoria. In front of Palazzo Vecchio stands the copy of Michelangelo's David. The Uffizi Gallery and finally, the tiny Santa Margherita de 'Cerchi, best known for being the Church of Dante and Beatrice, the only place where the two could meet Beatrice when he went there to hear mass.
